SPEED CAMPS
The Speed Camps in partnership with Ethos Athletics are designed to give each athlete attending a solid foundation in the basic fundamentals of speed, agility, quickness, and explosive training. These speed camps will help you improve improve speed, power and quickness.
Understanding that movement transcends all sports, we have developed a speed enhancement method designed to increase optimal movement, core strength, and functional flexibility. We realize that speed is a critical factor in nearly every sport and our training focuses on maximizing each individuals fast twitch muscle fibers. We will accomplish this by teaching proper mechanics, decreasing reaction time, and increasing neuromuscular coordination.

Nike SPARQ Speed Camps
In these hands-on speed camps you will learn:

FOOTBALL COMBINE TRAINING
These Football Combines will be held in January and will run through March. We’ll keep you posted.
Every year there are numerous college sponsored camps and Nike combines around the country for high school football. At these combines, athletes are tested in various aspects of speed, agility, explosive power and strength. Most of these combines are swarming with college scouts who are looking for new recruits. Thus, these clinics can be a great way to get noticed and put on a recruiting list. However, if you participate in one of these clinics you better be ready to perform. You will be tested in your 40-yard dash, pro-agility, vertical jump, and kneeling power ball toss. In order to ensure you best performance, you must prepare specifically for these tests with professionals who know how to maximize your results.
We are one of the few in Ohio that is Certified in the Nike SPARQ Rating. Any high school athlete who tests with us will receive a certified score that is submitted to Nike and will be assigned a SPARQ ranking, which is a calculated rank based on the sum of their scores for the various testing categories. This ranking can be utilized to compare your ranking against those around the country who have tested at the Nike Combines.
In addition to testing athletes, we have a specific program designed to educate and train football players to prepare for these tests. We have prepared numerous athletes for college and these combines who have been offered Division 1 scholarships.
